A Practical Guide to Spiritual Awakening

The Art of Not Knowing

Every story of awakening can be summarized in six words: the journey from mind to heart. This book is your guide to that journey.

Paperback & Kindle · ISBN 978-1-0698748-2-5

About the book

Something relaxes when the mind gets what it wants—a dream vacation, a goal achieved, good news received. For a moment, there’s no argument with life, no urge to be elsewhere. What we call happiness is really this—an absence of resistance, a brief pause between thoughts before the next desire arises.

This book is about living from that ease instead of chasing the next outcome. It invites us to let go of control and trust the wisdom of the heart. Because life isn’t a problem to solve—it’s a mystery to enjoy.

Spirituality is often spoken in words like stillness, liberation, or self-knowledge. But when you’re caught in heartbreak or racing thoughts, those words can feel out of reach.

The Art of Not Knowing makes spirituality practical and easy to understand. It asks the questions that matter: Why do we suffer? What is the purpose of anger? Why is it so hard to trust our intuition? What does it mean to truly love who we are?

When we bring awareness to these questions, life begins to shift. Overthinking loosens its grip. Fear and anger no longer control us. Love stops being something we chase and becomes something we live. The Art of Not Knowing is not about solving life, but about living it—openly, honestly, and with the freedom to be fully yourself.

From the author

I never set out to write a book. I’ve simply been listening—to life, to the present moment, to the subtle pull of what feels true. Along the way, I’ve stumbled, surrendered, and occasionally seen something clearly enough to share. These writings aren’t teachings or answers; they’re offerings from a path I’m still walking. If they resonate, perhaps it’s because we’re not so different. We’re all learning how to let go of what we think we know and return to what’s always been here.

This book came as the song of the bird. I didn’t write to become someone. I wrote because I had to. This is my offering to anyone walking their own path, anyone ready to stop resisting and start remembering.

A delightful, accessible guide to spiritual awakening—profound yet practical, straightforward and free of metaphysical baggage. Comparable in depth to Eckhart Tolle, and valuable for both beginners and experienced seekers.
