A Living Lexicon of Feelings & Emotions
I’ve spent the past several years building a lexicon of feelings, emotions, and sensations—initially for my own use, and now available publicly for the first time.
I’ve spent the past several years building a lexicon of feelings, emotions, and sensations—initially for my own use, and now available publicly for the first time.
The premise is simple: a word such as anger, resentment, longing, or relief can name an experience, but naming it does not necessarily help us understand it.
What does anger actually do within us? How is resentment different from hurt? What changes when we begin to recognize not only what we feel, but how that feeling moves?
Each entry looks beyond definition toward the inner movement of an experience.
The Feelings & Emotions Lexicon was created to explore those questions. Each entry looks beyond definition toward the inner movement of an experience—offering language, perspective, and a way of seeing more clearly what is taking place within us.
The work is rooted in a spiritual framework and has been created with care and love. It is not presented as a finished system, but as a living body of work that will continue to deepen and expand over time.
My hope is simple: that it helps us know ourselves a little better.
The lexicon is now open to explore.
